EONCOAT 408 External Pipe Coating

EONCOAT 408 is a dark external pipe coating.
It is most suitable for protecting pipes against corrosion during outdoor storage.

Benefit
 - EONCOAT 408 is excellent for protection of pipe surfaces against corrosion in-long term indoor or outdoor exposures.
 - EONCOAT 408 will dry in 10 - 15 minutes, then the application is much easier.
 - EONCOAT 408 has good elastic properties. It will not crack in prolong exposures.
 - EONCOAT 408 has good adhesion properties. This provides better protection.
 - EONCOAT 408 is formulated to be used as supplied.

Application
  Clean surface from oil, rust or dirt.
  For best result, sand blast to SA 2 ½.
  Pipes should be in dry condition.
  Ensure uniform consistency prior to use.
  Continued stirring is generally not required.
  Do not thin EONCOAT 408, incorrect thinning will affect film build, dry time and product performance.
  Apply EONCOAT 408 by brushing, spraying or dipping. Allow about 10-15 minutes to dry.
  Do not use EONCOAT 408 for internal pipe coating.
  Condition is dictated by normal goods normal painting practice. In confined spaces provide adequate ventilating during application and drying.
