รายละเอียดสินค้า	EONFILM 240 Internal Pipe Coating Description EONFILM 240 is a corrosion inhibitor filmer that will protect the inside of pipes from atmospheric corrosion. It is excellent for protecting casing, tubing, drill pipes, production pipes and Reda pumps during storage. Benefit  EONFILM 240 does not contain bitumen/asphalt. It will not form thick viscous coating that can hinder the movement of wire line equipment along the pipe.  EONFILM 240 forms an oil wet film. This non-drying, oil soluble film will help lubricate the wire line equipment as it goes down the pipe.  EONFILM 240 will physically adsorb and chemically attach to the metal surface to give long lasting protection.  EONFILM 240 has a high flash point and is not easily flammable. Application  For severe sea environment use EONFILM 240 at its concentrated form.  For less severe environment, EONFILM 240 can be diluted with diesel oil.  Before applying EONFILM 240, clean pipes from loose dirt, especially left over drilling fluid.  Spray EONFILM 240 from one end of the pipe until all the internal surface of the pipe has been filmed.  Pipes are now ready for storage
